Came here for my friends party everyone was very nice and respectful. The food came out quickly and was really good no problem for me at all. They weren’t rude to us at all and showed hospitality. The atmosphere was so cozy and nice didn’t feel uncomfortable one bit.

On Sunday, my server, Ashlee, was phenomenal. She had wonderful service, and the food came out steaming and quickly. Definitely will be back, hopefully seated in her section. Wonderful job, Twisted Crab! Delicious. Thank you.

Out waitress was kind and very attentive......When she could be. Unfortunately she was the ONLY waitress for the ENTIRE restuarant during lunch. The food took FOREVER but was delicious once it finally arrived. They should have a system when other pich in to help the waitress instead of walking around doing what appeared to be nothing. No music just DEAD air while waiting FOREVER for the food. The service one was not for the waitress but for the restaurant as a whole.

A must-try here in Virginia beach! The food is so fresh and wonderfully seasoned. You get to pick your own sauce and how spicy you like it. The bartender, John, was so helpful guiding us through the menu and how things work. Very friendly and professional if i could give 10 stars i would. If you want some flavorful boil bag seafood this place is it!!

Great first experience at Twisted Crab! Our server John was friendly and super helpful, especially when showing me how to choose my sauce. The twisted special number five was delicious, I was a little saddened that I couldnt substitute sausage in the number one special for more seafood - but John pointed me in a better direction. Wings were also cooked to perfection! Although a little noisy, still a great place to try!

I placed a carryout order for carryout. It was easy to order. The food was prepared quickly. I love the boxes they use for carryout. It allows the fried items to breath, thus staying crispy and not getting soggy! Everything was good Catfish, Hushpuppies and Crab boil bag is what we ordered.

Came here a few weeks ago for my brothers 20th! And was absolutely blown away from how amazing everything was. First timer including me and my family and we wanted to try something new in the area. Wish we found out about this place sooner . The food itself was incredible and well cooked/prepared. The service was quick and friendly as well, didn’t take us long to be seated. And the inside of the place had a really nice and warm atmosphere. Me and my family had a great time and do plan on coming back!

We had a very large party (celebrating a birthday) and were quickly accommodated. There were actually several large parties all celebrating birthdays and the overall vibe was very festive! Despite several large parties being served at the same time, the food came out in a timely manner and overall was very good (only real complaint was that the sweet potato fries were slightly overcooked). Our party ordered a varietal assortment of menu items and it was all prepared rather well. Servers were friendly, knowledgeable and inconspicuous when refilling drinks, bringing late placed orders etc. so as not to interfere with the celebration. Highly recommend.
